Safety and compliance
Everything here can be checked.
KUL Enterprises has been under its own authority since 2026, so there is no long safety record to point at yet.

What we hold ourselves to
Standing policy, applying from the first load.
- 01
Maintenance
Safety concerns are addressed before schedule pressure. Equipment is inspected and maintained with one objective in mind: if something may affect safe operation, we evaluate it before asking the driver to continue. A change the driver notices in steering, braking, vibration, sound, or handling is reason enough to check it, with or without a warning light.
- 02
Hours of service
Hours are planned before dispatch. If a lane cannot be completed legally or safely, we say so before accepting it, not after we are already late.
- 03
Communication
When a meaningful delay or safety concern develops, we communicate early. You hear the problem from us while there is still time to respond, not after the outcome is unavoidable.
- 04
Cargo
Every load is handled as a responsibility entrusted to us. Proper securement, documentation, equipment condition, and careful handling protect more than freight; they protect our customer's business and reputation.
Stop the unsafe operation. Not the problem-solving.
When a legitimate safety concern arises, the unsafe operation stops. Then our team goes to work finding another way forward.

Safety does not mean we stop moving. It means we find a safer way to move forward.
